We recommend flying in to Panama City on Thursday 29th, so you can explore the city (at least for a day), then head to El Valle early Friday and have time to enjoy the town.

Activities start on Friday at 3 PM, so make sure to arrive in town before that. El Valle is ~2.5h away from Panama City.

Renting a car is also an option - streets are safe and in pretty decent condition. It’s a 2-3 h ride depending on traffic.

We recommend staying in Hotel La Compañía or Paseo del Valle. Both of those we’ll have shuttles for.

Plan is to connect, share, learn, and meet some fun new people.

It helps, but you shouldn’t need it.

There’s no Uber in El Valle, but we’ll have shuttles and there’s taxis who can pick you up around town. English is not guaranteed, but sharing Whatsapp location pins does the trick.

You can also rent out bicycles, e-Bikes, or rent out 4-wheels to roam around. We don’t recommend using these at night though, because of lack of street lighting.
