We recommend flying in to Panama City on Thursday 29th, so you can explore the city (at least for a day), then head to El Valle early Friday and have time to enjoy the town.
Activities start on Friday at 3 PM, so make sure to arrive in town before that. El Valle is ~2.5h away from Panama City.
If you’d like to come earlier and explore beautiful Panamá, send us a dm and we’ll help you sort out some fun.

We’ll have a bus from Panama City to El Valle on Friday for those without cars. If you’d like to be included, please register here: https://gianette.com/shuttle-rsvp
Renting a car is also an option - streets are safe and in pretty decent condition. It’s a 2-3 h ride depending on traffic.

We recommend staying in Hotel La Compañía or Paseo del Valle. Both of those we’ll have shuttles for.
Additionally, there’s great Airbnbs in town and other hotels you can find here: https://bit.ly/gianette-map

Lol great question. In all honesty, we’ll find out together! It’s an experiment.
A day of activities, workshops, beats and yoga to kick off the weekend in a more intentional, playful way.
Plan is to connect, share, learn, and meet some fun new people.

It helps, but you shouldn’t need it.
There’s no Uber, but there is a service called RideMe which picks you up and drops you off wherever you need.
You can also rent out e-Bikes and tour around town, or rent out 4-wheels and bicycles to roam. However, we don’t recommend using these at night because of lack of street lighting.
